These Pumpkin Spice Protein Balls are basically little bites of fall in your mouth—and they take, like, 10 minutes to make.

What You’ll Need
1 cup old-fashioned rolled oats
1/2 cup natural peanut butter (creamy)
1/3 cup pumpkin purée (not pumpkin pie filling)
1/4 cup maple syrup
1/2 cup vanilla protein powder
1 tsp pumpkin pie spice
1/4 tsp ground cinnamon
1 tbsp chia seeds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 tsp salt
1 tsp vanilla extract

Add 1 cup rolled oats, 1/2 cup vanilla protein powder, 1 tsp pumpkin pie spice, 1/4 tsp cinnamon, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 1/4 cup chopped pecans, and 1/4 tsp salt to the bowl. Stir everything together until it’s evenly mixed and holds together when pressed.
Place the bowl in the fridge for 20–30 minutes. This makes the mixture easier to roll.

Use a cookie scoop or spoon to portion out the mixture. Roll between your palms into 1.5-inch balls.

These simple Cinnamon Apple Snacks are always in the easy snacks rotation, especially during the Fall.
Apples are a very healthy snack, packed with vitamin C and antioxidants. They are a satisfying and healthier alternative to sugary treats.
These snacks have a crisp, crunchy texture you will love biting into.

Ingredients

2 apples
1 tsp ground cinnamon
½ tsp coconut sugar

Instructions

Wash the apples, then remove the cores and cut them into 1-inch thick slices.
Next, add the apple slices into a large Ziploc baggie and sprinkle the cinnamon and coconut sugar on top. Zip the bag and give it a good shake, ensuring the slices are all well coated.
Enjoy right away or pop the bag into the fridge and let them chill for an hour.
