Attention:
Please note property taxes are NOT increasing 56.09%. The total tax digest has increased due to finished projects being added to the digest such as the golf course. We are increasing 2.7 mils of 40% of your tax value. If your value is $150,000 and you're in homestead (in an incorporated area) it would be a $174.53 increase and $187.52 increase for unincorporated.
