Hatteras Island Meals provides nutritious meals for lunch five days a week to elderly or homebound clients on Hatteras Island. Our Mission: To serve anyone on Hatteras Island who is unable to prepare nutritious meals, who has no one to help with meal preparation, who requires short term assistance while recovering from an illness or medical condition, or requires long term meals. If you know someone who would benefit from Hatteras Island Meals services, you can contact any HIM board member, a local pastor, or Dare County Social Services for more information. Even if you don't have a line in the water, you can have a great day in the sun with our hard-sided coolers, sunscreen, bug repellent and plenty of other beach essentials. Adults can pick up fine ci**rs kept in prime condition with our walk-in humidor. Frank & Fran's also has outdoor apparel, drinkware, tackle bags, the best local info, and we're an official North Carolina vessel and fishing license center to make things easier.
