We are so proud to celebrate CJHS’s very own Marley Platt, whose beautiful drawing, Peaceful Seaside, has been selected as a finalist in the Arkansas Peace Week Youth Art Contest. Hundreds of entries from across the state showcased incredible creativity, artistic skill, and, most importantly, a commitment to the important work of peacemaking. We are thrilled to see Marley’s talent and creativity recognized!
Congratulations, Marley!

Our NJHS members put the pillars of Service, Leadership, and Character into action by volunteering at our local animal shelter! Students made enrichment treats to keep shelter pets happy and engaged and bagged pet food to support families in our community through the pet food pantry.

We’re proud of our students for showing compassion, serving others, and making a difference for both pets and the people who love them!

Unity Day is a time to stand together against bullying and promote kindness, acceptance, and inclusion. By wearing orange on Wednesday, October 21, 2026, we can show our support for students who have experienced bullying and send a powerful message that everyone deserves to feel safe, valued, and included.

Join us in wearing orange and spreading kindness! Together, we can make CJHS a place where everyone belongs!
