Celebrating one year as Canyon County Prosecutor!
We've boosted guilty verdicts by 30% through smarter case prep and courtroom grit—holding criminals accountable without wasting your tax dollars.
Kept the budget flat after years of rises, axed redundant roles, ditched work-from-home for better teamwork, and brought more civil cases in-house to save you money.
In PA Boyd's first year he has ramped up guilty verdicts by 30% while holding the budget steady—proving justice doesn't demand higher taxes.
As promised: Tough on crime, smart with your dollars. Proud to serve and protect our community! 💪

This Veterans Day, we want to recognize two of the veterans who are part of the Canyon County Prosecutor’s Office.
One of our veterans served overseas in Japan, South Korea, and Guam, supporting missions around the world.
Another has served as a flight medic and currently is a First Sergeant with the Idaho Air National Guard, responding in critical moments when help is needed most.
When we sat down and asked what stood out the most from their time in service, their answers were:
“Being a first responder…helping give aid to communities in a time of need.”
“The community support while serving had a lasting impact that most people don’t realize.”
Their commitment to service didn’t stop when their uniforms came off. It continues every day in the work they do for Canyon County.
To the veterans in our office, and to all who have served, thank you!
We honor you today and every day. ❤️💙
