This is a Federal home care and family support Grant billions of dollars in grant money to a variety of groups each year.Grants are awarded to individuals each and every day. We invest in efforts to address specific issues that the Foundation believes are a priority for the region. We manage these investments through our strategic initiatives - Community Creativity, Education, Nation Building and Social Business Ventures.
