State Minister of Defense Honda received a courtesy call from General Joshua Rudd, Deputy Commander, U.S. Indo-Pacific Command (INDOPACOM) on June 16th. State Minister Honda expressed his respect for INDOPACOM for their dedication toward regional peace and stability.
