🇺🇸 WE WILL NEVER FORGET 🇺🇸

Today, we pause to remember the 2,977 lives lost on September 11, 2001, including the 343 FDNY firefighters who answered the call and never returned home.

As firefighters, their sacrifice holds a special place in our hearts. They ran toward danger when others were running away—not knowing what awaited them, only knowing that someone needed help.

We honor their courage, their service, and their sacrifice. We remember the families who lost loved ones, the first responders who carried the weight of that day, and a nation that came together in the days that followed.

May we always remember what it means to serve our neighbors, stand beside one another, and answer the call when we are needed.

343 firefighters. 2,977 lives. One promise: We will never forget. 🇺🇸🚒

It's been 25 years since the 9/11 terror attacks on America. On Friday, the nation will remember those lost on that fateful day and take a moment of silence in their memory.

On this quarter-century anniversary of the attacks, the 9/11 Memorial & Museum will add a seventh moment of silence to honor those who have died of illnesses related to their time at or near the World Trade Center site.
