Callaway Fire & Rescue had a great opportunity to put their training and skills to work during a live-fire training exercise on an old house here in Callaway.

Our volunteer firefighters were able to gain valuable, hands-on experience while practicing a variety of fire attack techniques, hose line operations, positioning, and teamwork.

Live-fire training like this is an important part of keeping our firefighters prepared for the real emergencies they may face in our community. It allows our members to practice in a controlled area, work together as a team, and sharpen the skills needed when emergencies arise.

A huge THANK YOU to Callaway Fire & Rescue members who continue to volunteer their time, train, and serve our community.
