The members of the Long Island Branch will like to extend a heartfelt thanks for supporting our annual scholarship luncheon this past Sunday, April 26th.

This year’s theme was “Harmony in Motion: Celebrating Art & Music Achievement”. We were honored members of the community in the arts and awarded eight scholars with scholarships heading to four year colleges/universities.

We will post pictures and videos soon 💚

We had a wonderful afternoon joining our NAUW Sisters in our Metro area for a joint Founders Day Celebration. The day was filled with honoring those that came before us, laughter, love and sisterhood. We even had members from our Branch that performed to all of our enjoyment 💚.

The Long Island Branch of NAUW attended Corporate Worship on Sunday, March 8, 2026 at St. David’s Church in Cambria Heights, NY.

President Philpotts presented a financial contribution from the branch for the Sunday School to Mother Karen Davis-Lawson from the free will offering from the members.

Later in the afternoon we celebrated our founders and had our monthly meeting in the church’s undercroft.

Happy International Women’s Day
