When you are ready, connect with a WIC clinic for resources and support to help you during this time. You can continue receiving WIC benefits for up to six months following your loss.

🦠 Respiratory Virus Season is Here!

As illnesses like flu, COVID-19, and RSV circulate, there are simple steps you can take to help protect yourself and those around you.

🧼 Wash your hands often
🤧 Cover coughs and sneezes
🏠 Stay home when you’re sick
🌬️ Improve airflow when gathering indoors
💉 Stay up to date on recommended vaccines
🩺 Talk with your healthcare provider if you have questions or are at higher risk for serious illness

A few healthy habits can go a long way toward keeping our community healthy this respiratory virus season!
