Classroom Spotlight!! Check out Ms. Darby from Ms. Glass's Prek class as she engages the students in their Second Step lesson for the day.
Paraprofessionals are so much more than an extra set of hands in the classroomโthey are the heart, strength, and backbone of our schools. They show up every day with patience, compassion, dedication, and a willingness to go above and beyond for our students.
From providing one-on-one support and encouraging struggling learners to celebrating small victories, building confidence, and creating a safe and loving environment, paraprofessionals make a difference in ways that are sometimes unseen but are always felt.
They are the helping hands, the listening ears, the reassuring smiles, and the steady support that help students grow, learn, and succeed. Their impact reaches far beyond academics; they help shape hearts, build relationships, and make every child feel valued.
A classroom is stronger because of its paraprofessionals. Their work may not always get the recognition it deserves, but their contributions are priceless. Our schools simply would not be the same without them.
