Celebrating CIT graduate Officer Ryan D. Bloomer of the Campbell Police Department! 🎓

Officer Bloomer was among the local law enforcement professionals recognized at our Fall 2026 Crisis Intervention Training Graduation on September 25. Completing 40 hours of CIT training is a meaningful commitment to learning how to better recognize and respond to individuals experiencing a crisis while connecting them with appropriate behavioral health resources.

Congratulations, Officer Bloomer! We’re proud to celebrate this accomplishment and your commitment to the Campbell community. 👏
