Reach for the Stars Case Management We are a Case Management agency funded by the Supports for Community Living and Michelle P. Waiver.

We will work with you to:
--provide services and supports in a manner that is respectful and honors the choices of each person and his or her family and friends.
--to promote self-advocacy in order for each person to take their place as a full contributing member in their community.
--to effectively address the unique and challenging needs of each individual served through collaboration with families, friends, individuals, other provider agencies, the community, and the government.
--to assure each individual served, as well as their family members, are fully informed about the options for services and supports that can be made available to them.
--to support and include the person's informal and or natural support network.

Behind every great organization is someone with a vision, a passion, and a heart for making a difference. At Reach for the Stars, that person is Myra Gribbins ! 💜

As our owner and Executive Director, Myra is the driving force behind everything we do. But what makes her truly special is that she doesn’t just lead from behind a desk. She’s also a dedicated Case Manager who understands firsthand the importance of the work we do and the lives we touch.

Myra is highly valued by the individuals she serves and genuinely loved by the employees who have the privilege of working alongside her. She leads with compassion, encourages those around her, and has created an organization where both clients and employees feel supported and appreciated.

Our office guru, operations wizard, and organizational mastermind, Magel wears more hats than we can count! From quality assurance and human resources to record-keeping and everything in between, she keeps us organized, on track, and operating at our best.

Magel is truly the glue that holds so much of what we do together. Her knowledge, dedication, and attention to detail are invaluable, and we genuinely could not function without her!
