Every item recycled has the potential for a new beginning!

This World Ozone Day, we're recognizing the important role our Materials Recovery Facilities (MRFs) play in helping recover recyclable materials and support a more sustainable future. Through innovation, teamwork, and responsible resource management, Waste Connections is helping keep valuable materials out of landfills and in the circular economy. ♻️💚

As temperatures rise, staying hydrated is one of the most important ways to protect your health. Drinking enough water helps regulate body temperature, maintain energy levels, and keep your body performing at its best, especially during hot summer days or when spending time outdoors.

Don’t wait until you feel thirsty. Keep your favorite water bottle nearby (like ours below!), take regular breaks to hydrate, and choose water over sugary or caffeinated drinks whenever possible. Small, consistent sips can make a big difference.

Let’s make hydration a priority this summer and take care of ourselves and each other. Stay cool, stay safe, and drink up!

Shoutout to our amazing team of mechanics! It is no small task to keep a fleet of trucks and equipment up and running day after day, year after year.
Rain, sun or snow our mechanics are in the shops or out on the roadside making sure our drivers can get back up and running quickly.
Huge thanks to all those dedicated workers who are so willing to dig in and get the job done!
