Meet Edward! 👋

Edward has been a dedicated employee at Buehler's for the past five years, where he works as a dishwasher. He is known for his independence, reliability, and outstanding work ethic. Shift after shift, Edward consistently demonstrates the qualities that make him a valued member of the team.

Edward regularly receives positive feedback from his supervisor for his hard work and dedication. He is friendly with his coworkers, always willing to lend a helping hand, and often steps in to fix problems or assist others without being asked. His willingness to support those around him and his commitment to doing a great job make a lasting impact on his workplace.

Edward is a perfect example of what it means to be a dependable and dedicated employee. We are proud to celebrate his success during National Disability Employment Awareness Month.

Meet Timothy! 👋

Timothy currently works two community jobs and has built an impressive work history through his commitment and reliability. He has worked in housekeeping at The Inn at Whitewood Village for 2 years and has been a valued member of the utility staff at Walsh University Sodexo for 14 years.

When asked what his favorite part of work is, Timothy's answer is simple: "the work." His strong work ethic and dedication shine through every day, making him a valued employee and an excellent example of the contributions individuals with disabilities make in the workforce.

Thank you, Timothy, for all your hard work and for showing what commitment and determination look like. We are proud to celebrate you this National Disability Employment Awareness Month!

Now hiring at TWiLite Cafe! 📣

Now Hiring! 📣

TWiLite Café has a limited number of Saturday employment opportunities available for individuals with developmental disabilities interested in gaining hands-on work experience in a welcoming and supportive environment.

Team members have the opportunity to build valuable workplace skills while contributing to the daily operations of a restaurant. These are paid positions, with employees earning an hourly wage and receiving tips. Transportation is available.

Interested participants should contact their SSA to schedule an interview with TWi.

Meet Triston! 👋

Triston was recently hired as a Warehouse Associate at Hartville Hardware where he plays an important role in keeping things organized and stocked for customers and team members alike.

When asked what he enjoys most about his job, Triston says it's the people he gets to work with every day and stocking tools. We're excited to see Triston grow in his position and look forward to all he will accomplish!

Meet Mike! 👋

Mike is a Front-End Associate at Marc's, where he has worked for 17 years! Mike recently advocated for himself at work - requesting the opportunity to learn more and take on additional responsibilities. He’s now pricing and stocking closeout items, while still tackling cart collection in the parking lot with consistency and determination, no matter the weather. Mike shares that what he enjoys most about his job are the customers, the co-workers he spends his day with, and the chance to keep building new skills.
