Cold weather doesn't change how your joints work but, it can affect how they feel. When you're less active and dealing with changes in air pressure and colder weather, you may experience worse symptoms. These symptoms can include joint stiffness, more frequent aches and pains, swelling and difficulty moving.

One way to keep those symptoms at bay is to move more! Movement signals your brain to send fluid to the joints, acting as a natural lubricant. A little movement goes a long way! 🍁🚶🏻‍♂️

The Education Team took Griz to the so he could complete his Harvest a New Habit Challenge. Everyone was so nice, and he learned a lot about different vegetables. He even purchased some parsnips from Birdsfoot Farm after getting some tokens from the booth.

Griz wants to remind everyone that the Canton Farmers Market is open on Tuesdays and Fridays from 9 a.m.- 2 p.m. until the end of October. You should check it out!
