Celebrating Our MVES Staff! 💚💛

Help us congratulate our 590 Award recipients and Teacher of the 1st Nine Weeks!

✨ 590 Award: Cruz and Juana, Our Amazing Custodians
Cruz and Juana have gone above and beyond to get MVES ready for the school year and keep our campus sparkling every day. Their hard work helps make our school a clean, welcoming place for our students and staff. We are so thankful for all they do!

✨ Teacher of the 1st Nine Weeks: Sarah Shirley, Dyslexia Teacher
Mrs. Shirley goes above and beyond for her students every day. She is often the first friendly face our students see in the morning, greeting them at the door by name and making sure each child feels welcomed and cared for. Her dedication to building relationships makes a lasting difference in the lives of our Hawks.

We are so lucky to have these incredible team members at MVES! Join us in celebrating Cruz, Juana, and Mrs. Shirley for the care, commitment, and heart they bring to our school community.

*State law requires every school bond proposition to say this is a property tax increase. But a homeowners total tax bill is driven by appraised value which is set by the county appraisal districts, not Comal ISD.
