**Roadway Condition Update**

Water runoff through most of the city is working well but there are some areas to be aware of this morning. If you cannot tell how deep water is consider an alternative route. This is the time to slow things down. We have a tendency to have a lot of crashes in these conditions usually around unsafe speeds. Either give yourself extra time or just be late wherever you are going. Feel free to comment locations we can check on or keep an eye on.

4th ave in about the 2800 block and 3000 block has quite a bit of standing water on the road. TxDoT is currently providing some traffic control in this area.

We still have road closures at Hunsley Hills Blvd crossing and at SE park.

I-27 has standing water under some of the bridges, visibility is low in certain spots, and it is very difficult seeing roadway markings.
