🇺🇸 HONOR THEIR LEGACY. ENSURE THEIR SERVICE IS NEVER FORGOTTEN. 🇺🇸
The members of Girard Hometown Heroes invite you to join us for our Veterans Day Celebration on Wednesday, November 11, from 12:00 PM to 2:00 PM at the Girard Community Center.
Enjoy light refreshments, fellowship, and an afternoon dedicated to honoring the men and women who answered our nation's call to serve.
This event is also an opportunity to purchase a Girard Hometown Heroes Banner as a memorial for a veteran in your life.
A banner is more than a tribute. It's a permanent reminder to future generations that someone they may never have met gave a portion of their life in service to our country. Long after stories have faded and years have passed, that banner will stand proudly along our streets, ensuring that your veteran's sacrifice, dedication, and patriotism are remembered by our community.
When children and grandchildren walk through town years from now, they'll see those banners and know that their family's service mattered. They'll know that Girard remembers. They'll know that we never forget those who wore the uniform.
The cost of a banner is $275.
If you would like to purchase a banner, please bring:
⭐ Veteran's Name
⭐ Rank
⭐ Branch of Service
⭐ Years of Service
⭐ A photograph of the veteran
Every veteran has a story worth preserving. Every banner helps tell that story.
Whether your veteran served in wartime or peacetime, this is a meaningful way to honor their legacy and publicly thank them for their service.
Join us on Veterans Day and help us continue our mission of making sure that the heroes of our community are recognized, celebrated, and remembered for generations to come.
❤️🤍💙 Because a grateful community never forgets. ❤️🤍💙
