Presented by Lena Rosin from Yoga with Smile LLC.
Little ones and their grown-ups are invited to explore yoga through movement songs, simple poses, stories, and playful props such as scarves and a breathing ball. We’ll move, explore our breath, and enjoy a quiet moment together. Each child should attend with an adult, who is welcome to join in or stay nearby.
No yoga experience is needed. Space is limited.

Join us for a fun yoga and mindfulness class designed especially for ages 9–13. Through yoga poses, breathing exercises, movement, and simple mindfulness activities, participants will explore balance, strength, body awareness, and relaxation.
No previous yoga experience is needed. Mats will be provided. Limited space availability.
