Debbie's group chose to spend Memorial Day at Thunder Zone. We are so excited that they are finally open!

We want to thank Friends of Advocates for Remarkable Citizens- Carroll County for sponsoring a fun amazing event with Mad Dog Mobile Gaming! We had so much fun playing video games and the amazing music playlist that made some of us dance!

Job Description: Prepare, heats, and finishes cooking food items and serves clients and staff. Cleans work areas, equipment, dishes, etc. Create menus, complete daily USDA forms, complete inventory, and complete order forms for ordering food.
Some of the responsibilities include:
1. Cleans work areas, equipment, utensils, dishes, and silverware.
2. Cleans, peels, slices, and trims food stuffs using manual and electrical appliances.
3. Prepares food.
4. Conducts or assists with food supply requisitions and sanitation and maintenance inspections.
5. Observes safety, sanitation and health rules and standards.
6. Portions food or places it directly on plates for service to clients and employees.
7. Prepares food.
