We're proud to celebrate the grand opening of Pioche Apartments, transforming an aging WWII-era housing complex into 32 modern, energy-efficient, affordable homes for rural Nevadans. This nationally recognized redevelopment reflects what's possible when local leadership, strong partnerships, and a shared commitment to housing come together.

From owner-paid utilities and solar energy to fiber internet and thoughtful design inspired by Pioche's rich history, this community was built with residents—and the future—in mind.

Thank you to Lincoln County, our development partners, elected officials, and everyone who helped make this vision a reality. Together, we're creating housing opportunities that will strengthen rural Nevada for generations to come.
