Moore County Library Moore County Library It is a member of the 5 county Sandhill Regional Library System as well as the NC Cardinal Library consortium.

The Moore County Library System is a full-service public library system with a main library in Carthage, a bookmobile, and 4 branch libraries in the towns of Aberdeen, Pinebluff, Robbins and Vass. ADDED 8.24.2015:
