Today, we joined community leaders and stakeholders in celebrating the grand opening of Rose Park Manor, a new affordable senior housing community in Cary.
Developed in partnership with Beacon Management Corporation, Rose Park Manor includes 81 affordable apartments reserved for seniors age 55+ earning 60% or less of the Area Median Income (AMI). Located near downtown Cary and served by GoCary transit, the community helps older adults stay connected to the services, amenities, and community they value most.
Supported through investments from Cary and Wake County Government, and leveraging federal tax credits, this project reflects years of planning, partnership, and collaboration to expand housing choices and support aging in place.
