Much of Central Wyoming including Natrona County are seeing similar conditions.

So far, Natrona County has had 2 new fires reported today, thanks to quick reports, response and support from mutual aid agencies both fires are contained and size for each fire was limited to 0.1 acre.

🔥 Wildfire Update for NE Wyoming 🔥

Recent storms have brought cooler temps and much-needed rain to Northeast Wyoming, but also widespread lightning. With fuels still at critical levels, fires can spread fast after ignition.

We had several new fires reported today, but thanks to strong partnerships and coordination, initial fire suppression efforts have been successful so far.

If conditions change, we will provide updates to our communities.
