October is Bullying Prevention Month — a good time to remember that a single kind word or a moment of standing beside someone can change the course of their day. Bullying doesn't always look like what we expect, and it isn't always loud. If you notice someone being left out, teased, or pressured to go along with something that doesn't sit right, your attention matters. You don't have to have the perfect thing to say. Showing up is often enough.
