🍄 Let’s go wild mushroom foraging with Greg Marley, mycologist and forager extraordinaire in Witherle Woods 🍄

Greg Marley will lead the Garden Club members and friends on a fall mushroom walk. After a heavy rain blessed the region over the past week, fall mushrooms will be adorning the landscape mixing with the fresh fallen leaves. Join us as we forage fall mushrooms with an expert. Greg Marley shares his experience of the Maine mushrooms build upon over 45 years of collecting, cooking and enjoying the fundal bounty of this region. He is a guide, teacher, author and consultant but more than anything, he sees mushrooming as a pathway into the peaceful realm of nature. Join us as we explore Witherle Woods.

🍄 Thursday October 22nd, from 1:00 to 3 :00 pm
Depart from Witherle Woods entrance, off Battle Avenue, 1 :00pm sharp
