Thank you to all the students and community leaders who participated in this year’s Douglas County Youth Congress!

Students came together to share their perspectives, discuss issues affecting their community and explore how they can help shape Douglas County’s future.

The event also marked Commissioner Abe Laydon’s final Youth Congress. We’re grateful for his commitment to encouraging youth involvement and ensuring young people have opportunities to be heard.

Thank you to everyone who helped make the day a success!
