Today is World Mental Health Day — a reminder that mental health matters, and it’s okay to take time to care for yourself.

Let’s spread kindness, compassion, and understanding. Whether it’s taking a quiet moment to recharge, talking with someone you trust, spending time with a good book, or simply giving yourself permission to slow down, small moments of self-care can make a difference.

At the library, we believe stories, learning, creativity, and community can help bring people together. Take a moment today to check in with yourself and the people around you. You matter, and you’re never alone in needing a little support.
