Panther Company cadets took PT to the water this morning!

Cadets trained on Army Zodiac boats, taking turns serving as boat captain while practicing teamwork, communication, and leadership on the lake.

After completing their paddling rotations, cadets wrapped up the morning with some additional physical training!

A great morning of building teamwork, developing leadership skills, and challenging ourselves outside of our usual PT routine!

Panther Company cadets proudly supported the UNI Homecoming Football Game by participating in the Color Guard and Push-Up Crew!

Our Color Guard had the honor of presenting the colors, while our Push-Up Crew brought the energy and Panther spirit to the field throughout the game!

Another special highlight was seeing our five newly contracted cadets recognized on the field for their commitment to Army ROTC and their dedication to becoming future Army officers! πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

To top off an already exciting day, the UNI Panthers secured a 24–17 victory! 🏈

Thank you to all our cadets who volunteered their time to support UNI Athletics, represent Panther Company, and make this Homecoming one to remember!

A proud moment for Panther Company!

During the UNI Army ROTC Alumni Banquet, LTC William Kuebler, the current Professor of Military Science for the UNI Army ROTC program, had the honor of administering the Oath of Enlistment to five of our cadets as they took an important step forward in their Army ROTC journey!

πŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ Congratulations to our newly contracted cadets!

This past weekend, Panther Company came together to celebrate the legacy, generosity, and dedication of those who have helped shape our ROTC program!

During the Alumni banquet, Panther Company was honored to receive a generous $50,000 donation from the Fruchtenicht Army UNI ROTC Alumni Fund in memory of the late MAJ Jeffrey Jon Fruchtenicht. His legacy of honor, integrity, and service continues to make a lasting impact on future Army leaders.

In addition to this incredible contribution, Panther Company received a brand-new UNI Army ROTC golf cart, a meaningful tribute that embodies who MAJ Fruchtenicht was during his lifetime. We are incredibly grateful for the generosity and continued support of the Fruchtenicht family and foundation.

We also had the opportunity to recognize and say farewell to SSG Ragland, who served as our MSIII instructor last year. As he moves on to his next assignment, Panther Company presented him with a gift of appreciation for his dedication, mentorship, and contributions to our cadets and program.

Thank you to everyone who continues to support Panther Company and invest in the development of future Army Leaders!

πŸ’œπŸ’› UNI HOMECOMING PARADE 2026! πŸΎπŸ‡ΊπŸ‡Έ

Panther Company had a great time celebrating UNI Homecoming and showing our Panther pride!

Our cadets proudly represented UNI Army ROTC by volunteering for the Color Guard, while two cadets carried the Homecoming Leader Banner! Meanwhile, the rest of our cadets and cadre walked alongside golf carts, handing out candy and UNI merchandise to the Cedar Falls community! πŸ¬πŸŽ‰

It was a great opportunity to build esprit de corps, connect with our community, and celebrate UNI traditions!

Panther Company Cadets took on the Traditions Challenge Amazing Race (TCAR) as part of UNI Homecoming! πŸ’œπŸ’›

Cadets raced from station to station across campus, completing a variety of challenges and taking a team photo at each station before moving on to the next. Challenges included navigating while blindfolded, showing off some dance moves, solving two puzzles, spelling out UNI with their bodies, hunting down a rubber duck, and much more!

TCAR gave our Cadets the opportunity to step away from tactical training, build camaraderie, work together, and enjoy some friendly competition while celebrating UNI Homecoming.

A special congratulations to one of our ROTC teams, The Rangers, for taking 1st place in the competition! πŸ₯‡πŸ†

Great work to all of our Cadets who participated and represented Panther Company! Go Panthers! πŸΎπŸ’œπŸ’›

LEAD LAB 7

Panther Company Cadets started the morning with a walkthrough of attack operations, using our regular physical training time to continue developing tactical proficiency while making room for UNI Homecoming events during our normal lab period.

Cadets worked through the fundamentals of conducting an attack, focusing on planning, movement, communication, and the roles of each element throughout the operation. The walkthrough gave Cadets an opportunity to slow things down, ask questions, and better understand how each piece comes together before executing at full speed.

A different kind of PT morning, but another opportunity to train, learn, and prepare for future operations.

Train to standard. Lead from the front. 🐾
