Willis Dady Homeless Services Willis Dady is a non-profit agency helping individuals and families experiencing homelessness in Iowa

Our mission is to empower all experiencing homelessness to build futures of self-sufficiency through advocacy, housing, and employment with the vision of having a community where everyone has housing, stability, and opportunity We provide shelter, case management, housing programs, employment services, and veteran services to the homeless and near-homeless in Linn and surrounding counties in Iowa.

A heartfelt thank you to the incredible women from Women Lead Change who spent time with us at Willis Dady Works! 💙 We’re grateful for your willingness to learn more about our mission, tour our facility, hear from our team, and roll up your sleeves to make snack packs for our clients experiencing homelessness.

To top off an already amazing day, we also had help from Coe College's Alpha Sigma Alpha - Theta Alpha sorority to finish making snack packs that afternoon! Every snack pack is a small reminder that our community cares. Thank you for making a difference!

We have teamed up with the Commons on 16th to offer a joint hiring event for our Resident Assistant position and their Resident Support Specialists.
This event will be hosted at the Commons on 16th (3750 16th Ave SW) but will have hiring managers from both the Commons on 16th and Willis Dady Homeless Services. You can also view our open positions on our website: www.willisdady.org/jobs
