A little bit of learning, a little bit of teamwork, and A LOT of chili! 🌶️🙌

Both CVCSS locations came together for an All Staff Training, where we covered documentation, discussed healthy boundaries and burnout, and took on some creative challenges that put our teamwork to the test. And of course, we wrapped it all up with a little friendly competition at our Chili Cook-Off! 🥄🏆

A full day of learning, connecting, and having some fun with the people who make CVCSS what it is! 💙
