📚 Clay County Public Library Update 📚

We are so excited to finally be reaching this special milestone for the Clay County Public Library!

On Monday, September 14 at 6:00 PM, we will be holding our Library Dedication & Open House for invited guests. This evening will give us the opportunity to recognize this project, thank those who have helped make it possible, and celebrate the beautiful new space that will soon serve our community.

We do want our community to know that the library will NOT officially reopen to the public on Monday.

Like many construction projects, we have experienced a few unexpected delays and setbacks along the way. There are still areas of construction to be completed, final details to be finished, and plenty of work happening behind the scenes before we are ready to welcome everyone back for regular library services.

Although our building may not be completely finished Monday evening, we felt it was important to move forward with the dedication and scheduled open house for our invited guests. We are incredibly proud of how far this project has come and so thankful for everyone who has supported the library throughout this process.

We know our community is excited to see the new library, and we are just as excited to show it to you! ❤️📚 We simply want to make sure everything is completed, safe, organized, and ready before we officially open our doors to the public.

👉 Monday’s event is for invited guests only. Regular library services will remain closed to the public at this time.

Please continue to follow our page. As soon as we have an official public reopening date, we will announce it here.

Thank you, Clay County, for your patience, encouragement, and support throughout this journey. We are getting closer, and we cannot wait for you to see what has been created for our community! 📚❤️
