Nourish Meals on Wheels Nourish Meals on Wheels delivers hot, nutritious meals 5 days a week to seniors and homebound adults in the South Metro Denver area.

Nourish Meals on Wheels enriches the lives of older adults (ages 60 and up) in South Metro Denver by providing fresh, nutritious meals as well as services that promote dignity, well-being, and independence. Our volunteer delivery drivers, who are often the only people our clients see during the day - help counteract social isolation as well as provide a daily wellness check. We ask clients to contribute to the cost of their meals; however, no one is denied services based on their financial status.

Strong nonprofits help build strong communities, and we’re always grateful for opportunities to learn from one another.

On November 6, Nourish Executive Director Nancy Falk will join nonprofit leaders from across Littleton for the Littleton Community Retreat: Local Nonprofits: The Next Generation.

The afternoon will bring together nonprofit staff, board members, volunteers, and community leaders to explore how local organizations can continue to grow, adapt, and serve our community well into the future.

We’re looking forward to sharing Nourish’s perspective, learning from others, and being part of a conversation about the future of nonprofit work in Littleton.

We hope you’ll join us!

A meal can mean so much more than food. 💚

It can mean one less worry during a difficult time. More independence at home. A familiar face at the door. A moment of conversation and connection in the middle of the day.

We’re incredibly grateful to Conagra Brands for once again supporting Nourish Meals on Wheels through the Nourish Our Community grant program.

Their generosity helps us continue showing up for older adults in our community with nutritious, scratch-made meals and the connection that comes with every delivery.

Thank you, Conagra, for believing in this work and helping make the next knock possible. 💚

☕ Sunday mornings were made for slow starts.

A warm loaf fresh from the oven. Flour on your hands. The smell of something delicious baking in the kitchen. The satisfaction of creating something from scratch and sharing it with people you care about.

Our Art of Baking package invites you to learn from the talented team at Rebel Bread, one of Denver's most beloved artisan bakeries.

Whether you've always wanted to master sourdough, try your hand at fresh pasta, or simply learn something new, Rebel Bread's hands-on classes offer a welcoming space to create, learn, and connect.

🥖 Choose from a variety of baking classes, workshops, and culinary experiences
👩‍🍳 Learn from experienced bakers, chefs, and educators
🍞 Build skills and confidence you can bring home to your own kitchen

Because great food isn't just about what ends up on the table. It's about the stories, conversations, and moments shared along the way.

And every bid helps provide nutritious meals, meaningful connections, and the reassurance that someone cares for older adults and homebound neighbors throughout our community.
