🌿 Making a Difference in Our Community! 🌿

Bentonville West Wolff Transition Class students Allison, Jaden, and Robert spent time at Centerton Park picking up trash and giving back to their community!
Through this hands-on experience, students are building valuable transitional work skills and gaining real-world experience through work-based learning.

A big thank you to teachers Melinda, Holden, and Michelle Green for supporting our students as they learn, grow, and make a positive impact! 👏🌎

This morning, the Centerton Public Works Department, along with other City employees and members of the Centerton City Council, gathered at Cornerwoods Park for a special memorial honoring Public Works Director Anthony Martinez.

Members of the Public Works Department built a beautiful small pavilion and installed a bench in Anthony’s memory. This peaceful spot will serve as a lasting memorial to someone who loved Cornerwoods Park and was instrumental in making this beautiful park a reality.

From this location, you can see the lake and enjoy an overview of the park—a fitting place to remember Anthony and the tremendous impact he had on our community.

Anthony gave so much to Centerton, and his dedication, hard work, and love for our community will never be forgotten.

Thank you to everyone who helped create this special memorial and to all those who gathered today to honor Anthony’s memory.

Rest in peace, Anthony. You will always be a part of Centerton.

— Mayor Bill Edwards
