💙❤️ Central Falls, we are so proud! 💙❤️

Today our very own Briana Jones, a teacher at Central Falls High School was surprised in front of a cheering gymnasium as the nation's FIRST 2026-27 Milken Educator Awards recipient! 🏆 This national honor comes with an unrestricted $25,000 award, and Ms. Jones is the first educator in Central Falls School District history to receive it.

Those of us who know Ms. Jones aren't surprised at all. For 15 years, she has poured her heart into our transition program for students ages 18-22, helping them build the confidence, independence, and real-world skills to reach their goals. As the leader of our CTE Business Entrepreneurship Culinary program, she launched "The Taste of Central Falls" food truck and opened it to both general and special education students, so every student has a seat at the table. 🚚🍽️

Ms. Jones, thank you for believing in every single one of our students. You make CFHS and our entire district stronger, and today all of Central Falls is celebrating you! 🎉
