🇺🇸 Honor Flight 2026 🇺🇸

On September 19th, Chief Gordon had the honor of serving as a Guardian for George, a U.S. Army Vietnam Veteran who served from 1967-1968, as part of Honor Flight's trip to Washington, D.C.

Alongside nearly 200 veterans and guardians, including fellow veterans and law enforcement officers, Chief Gordon helped ensure these American heroes received the recognition they deserve.

The day concluded with an incredible welcome home as residents lined the streets and local police and fire departments joined together to honor the returning veterans. The outpouring of support was a powerful reminder that their service and sacrifice will never be forgotten.

Thank you, George, and to all who have served our nation. 🇺🇸❤️

Trick or Treat to us! A wonderful community supporter dropped off this amazing Halloween basket for our officers. We wonder how long this basket will last. Who wants to take a guess? 🤔

Officer Simmons enjoyed spending time with an outstanding group of 50 Girl Scouts during their meeting on Friday, October 2nd.

The discussion focused on important topics, including personal safety, internet safety, bullying prevention, and making responsible choices.

The girls had the opportunity to ask questions, share their thoughts, and gain valuable knowledge in an engaging and supportive environment.

Thank you to this wonderful group of Brownies, and Girl Scouts for their enthusiasm and participation. It was a pleasure connecting with these young leaders and providing an opportunity to learn, grow, and build confidence.
