❤️🖤 Happy National Principal's Month, Mr. Horne! 🖤❤️

At MMS, we are so grateful for Mr. Horne and the heart he brings to our Mustang family every single day! 🐎

As the leader of our , Mr Horne lives by example. Whether its delivery his signature morning fist bumps, being a familiar and encouraging presence in the hallways, or greeting students by name, Mr. Horne makes sure our Mustangs know they are seen, valued, and supported.

His commitment goes beyond the school day routines. Mr. Horne actively seeks out and values both teacher and student voices, creating opportunities for our school community to be heard. He also makes it a priority to celebrate student achievements, recognize hard work, and shine a spotlight on Mustangs who are setting goals and reaching new milestones. 🎉

Thank you, Mr. Horne, for leading with purpose, building meaningful relationships, and helping make McDougle a place where every student has the opportunity to thrive.

The McDougle Middle School PTA helped us celebrate Mr Horne with some donuts and treats this morning, now you can help us celebrate Mr. Horne and show him some Mustang love in the comments! ❤️🖤
