I James Holman would just say thank you to all of the District 25 members that have supported me for all these years. I have decided that it’s time for me to hand the rains of this district over. My Vice Chair Kathy Ramsey is now the chair District 25. She is very knowledgeable about state issues and do not hesitate to reach out to her. Thank you again for allowing me to serve you.

SEANC is deeply saddened by the impact Hurricane Helene has had on Western North Carolina. We stand ready to support our fellow state employees and agencies affected by this disaster. Our main office in Raleigh is now accepting donations to provide relief to those in need. We will continue collecting and delivering donations as long as the community requires assistance. Together, we can make a difference.

SEANC serves as a dedicated sponsor of the UNC System Chancellor’s Cup Golf Tournament, a fundraising event benefiting the Janet B. Royster Staff Fund. The event drew prominent attendees, including System President Peter Hans, SEANC President Kirk Montgomery, and Staff Assembly Chair Shayna Hill.

Seanc District 25
We’re having a great time at the SEANC Scholarship Foundation Bowl-A-Thon fundraiser today at Buffaloe Lanes North Raleigh! Our foundation handed out more than $45k in statewide awards to SEANC families this year, and our districts awarded another $100k-plus!

District 25 provided lunch for the UNC Employees Forum retreat today. We had a successful day and welcomed several new members. I extend my gratitude to UNC System Staff Assembly Chair Shayna Hill and Employees Forum Chair for their invaluable support.
