🎉 Congratulations to Zaida Walker of our International Welcome Center on being named a recipient of the Outstanding Graduate Student Award in Higher Education Administration! The award was given at North Carolina Central University’s 2026 Honors Convocation.

Zaida is part of NCCU’s Department of Counseling and Higher Education and is one of just three students in the program to receive this recognition, highlighting her strong academic work and commitment to the field.

In Zaida’s 12 years with CHCCS, her dedication and service has had a profound impact on our multilingual students and their families.
