❤️🩵 WE NEED YOU, RED HAWK FAMILIES! 🦅
Our Spring Hill Middle School PTO is looking for a few dependable, enthusiastic volunteers who would love to take a more active role in helping us support our school, teachers, and students!
As our school year gets busier, we're hoping to build a small team of parents who can help with planning, organizing, and coordinating some of the wonderful things happening throughout the year.
☕ Hospitality & Staff Appreciation
We're looking for one or two volunteers who can help:
- Coordinate our monthly Late Start breakfasts for teachers and staff.
- Help plan and organize staff appreciation events and hospitality activities.
- Maintain our hospitality calendar and plan ahead for upcoming events.
- Coordinate food, donations, supplies, and volunteers as needed.
🙋 Volunteer Coordination
We could also use someone who can help:
- Organize and coordinate volunteer requests from the school.
- Help recruit volunteers for school activities, events, and special projects.
- Communicate volunteer opportunities and help fill needed spots.
- Keep track of upcoming volunteer needs and help ensure events have the support they need.
❤️ General PTO Support
We'd also love a few extra hands to assist our PTO President with planning, organizing, and keeping things moving throughout the school year!
You don't need previous PTO experience, and you don't need to be available every day!
We're simply hoping to find a few people who are organized, dependable, communicate well, and have a little time they can consistently dedicate to helping our school.
We know everyone has busy schedules, and we appreciate every parent who gives their time. Having a few additional people willing to help coordinate and take ownership of these areas would make an incredible difference!
