Leadership Jefferson Leadership Jefferson is a program of the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce

Leadership Jefferson was established in 2006 by the Jefferson County Chamber of Commerce in order to educate current and future community leaders about Jefferson County's assets, opportunities, and hurdles, in order to strengthen the sense of community and ensure a prosperous future. Each September, approximately 25 community leaders begin a ten-month long program focused on education about the County, networking with other participants, alumni, and other community leaders, and leadership training.

🥒 Welcome, Leadership Jefferson Class XX! 🥒

Twenty-four new leaders. One incredible year ahead. Countless opportunities to learn, connect, and make a difference in our community.

We’re excited to introduce the newest members of the Leadership Jefferson family! Over the next (almost) year, Class XX will explore our community, meet the people and organizations making an impact, develop their leadership skills, and build connections that will last well beyond the program.

We’re so excited to see what this class brings to the table, plus the impact they will make on our community - and we have a feeling this year is going to be a really big dill. 😉

Help us welcome Leadership Jefferson Class XX! 💚
