🚨 Attention! Any TheoPay orders placed through fulfillment must be placed on Walmart Business website. For self-serve (where you place the order yourself) parents must use the regular Walmart.com website. PLEASE NOTE: Fulfillment orders placed using the wrong Walmart website will be denied and you will have to place the order again.

👋 Friendly reminder! To receive a Hope Scholarship quarterly funding distribution by the statutory deadline, a student’s Hope Scholarship application must be in “Approved” status and the student must have a valid Notice of Intent on file with county board of education by 4:00 P.M. on the funding cutoff dates. Applications not meeting criteria by the funding cutoff date will be funded at the next quarterly funding date after becoming compliant with the requirements above.

🚨 There are two educational pathways in Hope Scholarship: IIP and participating school. If you switched pathways from IIP to participating school or vice versa, please select your new school or the IIP pathway in the Hope Scholarship portal as soon as possible. This notifies Hope Scholarship board staff of your intention to stay in the program. If you are switching educational pathways, you will also need to submit a new NOI that reflects this change. (If you are switching from one non-public school to another, no new NOI is needed.)



** Please note that you will not be able to make a new selection until your previous school withdraws your student.

🚨If you need to return an item that you bought using the Self-Serve option of TheoPay, you will process the return as if you had purchased the item normally. The refund amount will be credited back to your student’s account when the return is processed by the vendor.

We understand that many students are from blended families; however, a Hope Scholarship account holder must be the legal guardian who is able to make educational decisions for the child. An account holder who isn’t listed on the student’s birth certificate will need to provide guardianship documentation.
