I am a North Carolina Public Notary and I’m here to provide a service. Notary is $10 per principle signatures in the State of NC.
For oaths and affirmations without a signature is $10. EXCEPT for identity of a principle or a subscribing witness.
Electronic notary is $15. You will have to be in person.
For any notarial act under 10B, actual mileage at the federal mileage rate can be charged if the travel reimbursement is agreed to by the principal in writing prior to travel. (State of NC uses federal mileage rate of 62.5 cents per mile.)
