KASH Helping Hands offers safe and affordable shared housing. There are 2 beds per room. So you will have a roommate of the same s*x. The house is co-ed. Men are housed upstairs and Women are housed downstairs. All utilities and amenities are included. Rent is $750 per month. There is a one time non-refundable $250 community fee. There is no application fee. There is no deposit. **This house isn't setup for adults and children**
