The cycle stops with us. ✋🏽✨
This weekend, we gathered to dive deep into intergenerational trauma. From exploring root causes to identifying the signs that show up in our present, it was a powerful day of reflection and connection.
We didn’t just talk about the past—we focused on the future. Participants left equipped with resources and the resilience needed to build a new legacy. 🌿
Proud of everyone who showed up for themselves and their ancestors.

We invite you to join us on March 14,2026 for a powerful and transformative conversation on intergenerational trauma—how it shows up in our families, our relationships, and our communities.
Many of the patterns we struggle with today did not begin with us. They were shaped by survival, silence, systemic barriers, and unhealed wounds passed down through generations. This workshop will create a safe and supportive space to explore:
✨ What generational trauma is and how it manifests
✨ The emotional and behavioral patterns we inherit
✨ How trauma impacts parenting, relationships, and identity
✨ Practical tools to break unhealthy cycles and build healing legacies
Together, we will begin the work of overcoming the various patterns of fear, silence, shame, disconnection, and survival-based coping that no longer serve us.
This is more than a workshop — it’s a step toward freedom, awareness, and generational healing.
