IT'S BACK!

The Trial Court Administrator’s Office Community Resource Fair returns to the Mecklenburg County Courthouse on 4.29.26!

The Resource Fair will provide an opportunity for members of the public to speak with various agencies across the County!

🚨 Court Update for Tues., Feb. 3, 2026:
Due to inclement weather, all morning court sessions are canceled, except first appearances in CR 4330, hearings in CR 1130, and probation violation PC hearings in CR 5350, which will begin at 11:00 AM.

All afternoon sessions, including magistrate weddings, and all virtual hearings before the Clerk of Superior Court, will proceed as scheduled. See the announcement for more info!

Due to inclement weather, all court sessions scheduled for Monday, February 2, 2026, are cancelled, including weddings before magistrates, with the exception of first appearance hearings scheduled in Courtroom 4330, ex parte hearings for Chapter 50B domestic violence protective orders, and juvenile detention hearings in district court, and all hearings scheduled virtually before the Clerk of Superior Court.
