🍂 Leave Your Leaves is here! A small change that makes a big difference.

Instead of bagging up every leaf this fall, consider leaving them where they land or moving them into a garden bed, around trees, or into a natural corner of your yard. Whole leaves shelter butterflies, moths, bees, and other wildlife through the winter, while building healthier soil for your yard.

Just remember to keep leaves off sidewalks, driveways, streets, and storm drains.

Tell everyone you're leaving your leaves! Free "Leave Your Leaves" yard signs are available! You can find details and locations at CharlotteNC.gov/leaves
