Your Mighty Knight Band added a touch of purple this weekend as the 🍂 started to change color at the Western Carolina Tournament of Champions.

It’s been 10 years since AK performed in Cullowhee. The band finished runner-up in 2A but did not make the finals. But our drum majors and colorguard brought home 1st-place trophies! 🏆

Congrats to all of our performers!

Many thanks to our awesome chaperones, pit crew, and staff who made the 3-hour trek! “No parents, no band,” right?

We’ll close Bandtober on Saturday with shows at Porter Ridge and Providence. Come out to give the band your support! Let’s go, AK!!
